    Breakfast is the most required meal of the day. But some people either skip or eat unhealthily, which starts their day with less energy. Having a complete meal in the morning is essential for working with efficiency and keeping you away from having junk food.

    If you are a vegetarian, you might think you have minimal choices of protein-packed breakfast, but that's not true. Vegans can also have a variety of options when it comes to healthy eating. Here's a list of food options with health benefits, which vegetarians can eat without cooking:

    1. Apple: There's a most common proverb for eating apples: "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." They are rich in flavonoids, dietary fiber, and antioxidants and helps in reducing the risk of severe diseases like cancer, hypertension, and diabetes.
    2. Bananas: Bananas are the most consumed fruit in the world and is rich in fiber and potassium. Bananas may help prevent heart diseases, asthma, hyper blood pressure, diabetes, digestive problems, and cancer.
    3. Grapes: Grapes are favorite finger food, rich in potassium, fiber, minerals, and vitamins. Grapes are helpful in the prevention of cardiovascular disease, constipation, cancer, and high blood pressure.
    4. Dates: Dates are high in natural sugar, and can easily replace candies, chocolate chips, or sugar. Dates are packed with minerals, vitamins, and proteins.
    5. Almonds: Almonds are a rich source of proteins, and contains fiber, protein, minerals, and vitamins, and can be eaten raw or toasted.
    6. Figs: Figs is famous for centuries as it's both tasty and healthy. Figs have no fat and are low in calories, so they are an excellent alternative for unhealthy snacks.
    7. Walnuts: Walnuts are a good source of healthy proteins, fiber, and fats. They help in weight management, enhances bone and heart health.

    Some foods might require minor cooking or boiling:

    2. Museli: Museli is an excellent source of antioxidant, having less sugar and calories. It helps in aiding weight control and regulating the digestive system.
    3. Boiled cereals and grains: Whole grain cereals are a rich source of phytochemicals, minerals, and essential vitamins. They are cholesterol-free, protein and carbohydrate-rich, and low in saturated fat.

    These foods are rich in nutrients, but eating these foods free of processed or refined process, may not be safe for your health. Eating these foods can kick start your morning with energy, and you will feel energized throughout your day.
